Access to the Happihub and use of the Services offered on the Happihub by Happihub Limited and/or its group of companies is subject to this Privacy Policy. By accessing the Happihub and by continuing to use the Services offered, you are deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy, and in particular, you are deemed to have consented to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Policy and for the purposes set out in Clauses. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you disagree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Happihub and your use of the Services.


As part of the normal operation of our Services, we collect, use and, in some cases, share your basic information with our merchants or app users to create better experience for you. We share your basic information with merchants to validate your Discount/Reward Point/Gift/Product Purchase request as a customer and deliver you the service with better experience.

We only share your name, profile picture, birthday, address and interest with the merchants or any type of partner to deliver the product or services properly. Birthday information is going to be shared with merchants because of your birthday based offer (bigger than regular days). We want to provide you best and big offer on your special day so that you can have many opportunities to earn Discount/Reward Point/Gift from Happihub merchants. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of your personal information when you use the Services on the Mobile Application:-

  1. Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
  2. We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
  3. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
  4. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
  5. Personal information should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  6. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  7. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.


We ask for permission in order to provide best user experience, such as:

  1. Location: The location information needs to show you the nearby merchants and offers/deals. This permission is optional to you to allow use the permission for showing you best deals in your nearby area. (optional)
  2. Storage: The storage permission is necessary when you upload a bill image and a purchased product image in order to earn rewards/points from the app. The app doesn't store any information from device storage. This permission is optional to you to allow use of the permission for uploading the image for a reward claim. (optional)
  3. Contact List: Happihub app only needs your contact list for showing you the number which you want to do mobile top-up. Happihub doesn't store any of your contacts on its server. Only the number you have done mobile top-up is being stored on the server for giving the better top-up service. This permission is optional to you to allow use of the permission for availing the service. (optional)
  4. Camera: Happihub needs it only when a user wants to take the bill image and product image immediately from the app camera option for claiming rewards/points. This permission is optional to you to allow use of the permission for taking images from the app camera option. (optional)


For any competition we use the data to notify winners and advertise our offers. You can find more details where applicable in our participation terms for the respective competition.


We may pass your details to other companies in our partner group. We may also pass your details to our agents and subcontractors to help us with any of our uses of your data set out in our Privacy Policy. For example, we may use third parties to assist us with delivering products to you, to help us to collect payments from you, to analyze data and to provide us with marketing or customer service assistance.

We may exchange information with third parties for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We may transfer our databases containing your personal information if we sell our business or part of it. Other than as set out in this Privacy Policy, we shall NOT sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without obtaining your prior consent unless this is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or unless we are required to do so by law. The Site may contain advertising of third parties and links to other sites or frames of other sites. 6. Account Delete/Remove:

Whenever you are deleting your account from Happihub then all of your personal information such as name, mobile no, email address, age, location details will be removed from system automatically. As a result, there will be no chance of account recovery.

Only your previously claimed bill shop name, bill details, bill amount and shop review for getting reward point (before deleting account) will stay in Happihub system.
